Day 1:  On the first morning, the guides will outline the agenda and provide an introduction to sea kayaking. We will load the kayaks onto a motorboat and be taken to Sawmill Bay State Park. From there, we’ll paddle along the stunning coastline of mountains and waterfalls, stopping for lunch and to enjoy the sounds of the waves. Our evening destination will be Shoup Bay Marine State Park, where we will continue to paddle along the lush shoreline.

Day 2:  We'll spend the day exploring the upper bay of Shoup Glacier Marine State Park, where we can see sea otters, seals, eagles, and various seabirds. We will kayak to the head of the fjord to view the magnificent Shoup Glacier's face, with the option to hike nearby for stunning views. The campsite offers one of the best spots in the sound, allowing you to set up your tent with a gorgeous glacier and waterfall view. Your guides will prepare a delicious dinner!

Day 3:  The group will paddle out of Shoup Bay back to Valdez, enjoying different views along the way and abundant wildlife! We arrive in Valdez in the afternoon after a lunch break at Gold Creek State Park.
